Dear Samantha

“Anything I’ve done up till 10 April 2008 was kind of an illusion, existing without living. My daughter Samantha. The birth of you, gave me life.”

My greatest accomplishment, and my greatest pride and joy are my daughter (Maisha Samantha Askey). You are truly my greatest success.

Dear Samantha,

Daddy wants to share you something that you missed when you are too young to know and understand.

There is no difference between you and daddy, still there exists something that makes our relation between a father and daughter very special, even when i’m not on your side.

In this world, so many men and women had tried to imprison the love of they relationship in action and result was some very remarkable compare the love from father to his daughter_the love that daddy gives to you.

I know that you are my mirror image can, somehow, survive in the harsh world that exists on the other side of the doorstep. In my view to being a man and once a child, knows through my personal experience, realize something; what is waiting for my little angel?.

However, i can not fathom and understand, being a man, how my little angel is going to fare and face the realities of life without me. This makes me insecure and this feeling overshadows our relationship.

It makes me protective towards you. For me, you never grows up and is always, the small girl who depended on me for anything, or just to fix a broken hand or a leg of your doll, teach you how to ride bicycle, give my shoulder to cry on and to hug.

Just listen my advise; “Focus on God, not on your weakness.”

Someday, i have faith that we will be together as it was before, as a little warm family.

I’ll be there. 🙂

“What i wanted most for you was that you be able to soar confidently in your own sky, whatever that may be.” ~Daddy
